Welcome to LexiFr. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

LexiFr is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning and language acquisition. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

LexiFr operates on a freemium model with premium subscription options available.

• Billing: Premium subscriptions are processed and billed directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
• Free Trials: A free trial may be available depending on current store offerings. If offered, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period concludes.

4. Educational Disclaimer

LexiFr is designed to assist in vocabulary acquisition. However, we make no guarantee of fluency, language proficiency, or success in official language exams (such as DELF/DALF). Language learning progress varies by individual.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse LexiFr. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer the app, bypassing security measures, sharing premium account access, or using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide a reliable service, LexiFr's availability may vary due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice. Cloud sync for your progress is available when your device is online.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LexiFr, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive intellectual property of LexiFr and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Age Requirements

LexiFr is not intended for children under 13. In the European Union, users under 16 should use LexiFr only with parental consent. By using LexiFr, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
